The Life Sciences & Healthcare team is led by Susanne Fitch, a marketing executive with in-depth understanding of the global pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device industries. Susanne brings almost 20 years of experience in healthcare brand strategy and execution of marketing campaigns to physicians and patients. She has managed new product launches in the US and globally for brands such as NovoLog©, Levemir©, FlexPen© with media coverage featured on CNN, BBC and the Wall Street Journal.

Javier is an internationally recognized creative director and designer and founder of JRDG. For over 25 years he has provided sound strategic design solutions to many global corporations such as Merck, Sony, IBM and Citibank. Javier has a long history of success in integrating technological innovation into the creative process which has enabled us to create some of the most successful and impactful visual communications across both traditional and new media platforms.

Paloma Carreño
Paloma is the head of the JRDG/Life Sciences & Healthcare office in Spain. She is a seasoned marketing professional with an extensive background in advertising. Before joining JRDG, she has managed client services at Burson Marsteller, Young & Rubicam and MacCann Erickson Healthcare. Paloma has worked with clients such as Merck Sharp & Dohme, Pharmacia, La Roche Posay, Johnson & Johnson and Bristol Myers Squibb.
